Position Profile

Provides direct sales support in the prospecting and sales of Facilities Management for non-Strategic Account Executive accounts and other sales teams. Supports validated Management Services leads from pre-sales through implementation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Performs complex business analyses of customer's business communication requirements and develops benchmark demonstrations, proposals and value propositions that exceeds customers' requirements resulting in the development of new customers and retention of existing management services accounts by applying a consultative approach.

* Organizes and implements post-sale delivery and implementation of IKON solutions at customer locations. Acts as primary point of contact for all sales paperwork. Assigned all inbound FM INAP accounts not currently assigned to an SAE.

* Proactively develops new customer contacts, reviews leads, participates in customers' strategic planning and delivers management services proposals and management services studies as prescribed by sales management.

* Meets or exceeds management services revenue and gross profit expectations.

* Provide on-going general prospecting guidance to the general line sales team and Major Account Executives.

* Maintains records of all account activity within sales database.

* Plans and consults within a team-based work environment to coordinates activity.

* Promotes products and represents the company at off-site customer meetings.

* Maintains records of all account activity within sales database.

* Identifies contacts in accounts and conduct strategic calls.

* Inspects forecasts by sales reps on account assignments.

* Participates in account-planning sessions.

* Serves as first line of contact with customers.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications(Education, Experience, Certifications)

* 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field

* At least 5 years of successful sales experience to include management outsourcing services selling assignments or 2 years experience as an IKON major account executive level 2.
