Position Profile

Staffs and professionally develops a sales team of direct reports and assists them in career planning. Directs and manages the sales activities and performance of the team. Drives business results by achieving management services revenue and contribution targets as well as equipment revenue and contribution targets. Leverages the customer base by expanding IKONs net new business opportunity and leverages the existing customer base and champions the expansion and growth of services across the business line.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Leads, motivates, and counsels the sales team, to meet or exceed budgeted sales revenue, gross profit, expense and equipment contributions projections while maintaining teamwork and the highest level of customer service.

* Responsible for the expansion, retention and net new services and equipment.

* Responsible for a service budget over $4.8 million and an equipment revenue budget of 6.4MIL (FMS, SAE & SAE-MS).

* Interacts individually with sales representatives to plan, coach, train, advise, and review their progress in achieving individual and team revenue targets and assist them in their career planning, training and growth.

* Schedules and hosts periodic informational team meetings and team-building exercises. Supports and advocates corporate initiatives.

* Manages day-to-day employee relations' issues.

* Aligns sales representatives approach and customer understanding with IKON's strategic direction.

* Facilitates a team-based work environment to promote sales across the business line.

* Ensures reports are conducting strategic account planning with key customer accounts.

* Ensure that the annual customer strategy sessions are conducted in accordance with IKON service excellence requirements.

* Strategic leader in helping team formulate differentiated solutions.

* Builds account structure and territories for sales representatives.

* Recruits, interviews and hires sales professionals.

* Ensures consistent customer service and measures customer satisfaction.

* Works with customer and appropriate internal staff to resolve customer issues and complaints.

* Evaluates performance data.

* Participates in fiscal year business planning

* Facilitates communication and cooperation between team and areas.

* Negotiates IMS Agreements with the customer, IFS and IKON Legal

* Maintains relationships with C level customers and prospects

* Fosters a positive working relationship with all IKON departments (ISSC, aftermarket, CCC, Payroll, Legal, Marketing, HR, Purchasing, LDS, INAP etc.).

* Provides training and development of Operations Managers as well as IMS Sales Reps (SAE, FMS & SASA).

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications(Education, Experience and Certifications)

* 4-year college degree or equivalent in a related field.

* 4 years industry related sales experience with 2 years business-to-business account management and development experience.

* 2 years Strategic or consultative sales experience
