Position Profile
Creates and maintains sales related reports for the Region sales team as well as Area level leadership. Monitors and corrects data integrity inside of various weekly and monthly reports. Location potential is flexible.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and maintain region and area level reports based on equipment metrics as directed by the Region Sr. Manager of Sales Operations, the Region Vice President of Sales and or the Regional Sales Support Manager.
Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with various company-wide resources for the collection of data related to reporting needs.
Creates and distributes sales manager, Director of Sales and Area level reports on a weekly basis and monthly basis.
Manages and completes unique project based reporting requirements on an ongoing as needed basis.
Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture.
Conducts themselves at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with IKON's code of ethics.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)
Four-year college degree preferred or 2 years experience in a data collection and reporting administration and business role.
Must have extensive knowledge of Excel to include - Pivot Tables, Functions, Formulas and Macros.
Must have extensive knowledge of Access.
Possess effective communication techniques to ensure thorough, quality understanding of personally generated reports
